                                 Spring Basketball                             


 
 The Spring Conditioning Program
 

 

 

 
Spring Conditioning for boys' basketball begins on Monday, April 13th and continues through Friday, June 5th.  All Varsity and Frosh-Soph players who are not involved in a spring sport may participate in this program and are strongly encouraged to attend.  The program is also open to any currrent student interested in trying out for the basketball team next year. 
 

   

The spring program consists of 8-weeks of basketball specific training designed and supervised by SHS Strength and Conditioning Coach, Adam Weiskal, and Coach Naas. Players will meet in the weight room Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:30 to 5:00 pm. 

 

 
 Spring Open Gym Program
 

 

 
 
In addition to the weight training program, Open Gym sessions will run in the main gym from May 12 through June 4 on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  The Open Gym sessions will run from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.
